After a brief stint in Michelin starred restaurants, I returned to contract catering where I have spent the majority of my career. I have been very fortunate to have worked in some of the City’s most prestigious and high end corporate environments such as; Barclays World HQ, Goldman Sachs, The London Stock Exchange, State Street Bank and mining giant Rio Tinto. I returned to Westminster Kingsway College in 2009 and completed a Culinary Arts Degree on a part time basis.
